How to Get Support When You Need It

We offer two sources of support: the Facebook Group and real time chat on this website. If you are looking for strategies, feedback, masterminding; or if you want to share experiences with the Group, then use the Group. We will encourage you to share with the Group and participate in Group discussions throughout this training.

The real time chat feature on this website can be used by clicking on the green chat icon in the bottom left corner of your screen. You can ask questions about your ad, get ad advice, get recommendations on how to determine your performance and engagement and more. The best way to approach this feature is to simply ask the question. We’ll take it from there. This is a one-on-one conversation and not something posted to the Group for the entire MAM Fam to see, so don’t be shy.
